Introduction

The Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) program aims at producing highly trained professionals in all aspects of hospitality. The programme is focused on areas of hospitality related to management, hospitality operations and trends in the industry. The programme involves student attachment to star rated hotels with all the facilities of a modern hotel for them to attain vital skills needed in the industry. After completion of the training, the BHHM graduates should be equipped with knowledge, skills and appropriate attitudes in hospitality management in order to enable them to effectively participate in the development of hospitality as an academic discipline and to improve the standards of management in the hospitality industry in Kenya and the world.
